Lexie Sakoda

Lexie graduated from the California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo with a degree in Liberal Arts and Engineering Studies, where they focused on the intersection of environmental engineering and sociology. Born and raised in Monterey County, she is passionate about sustainability and the social environment. Lexie is excited to join the Winter team as an Engagement Coordinator and contribute to building resilient, sustainable communities while continuing to learn how public policy and planning decisions disproportionately impact underserved communities. Outside of work, Lexie enjoys exploring the Bay Area's trails and outdoor spaces, learning new crafts, and caring for many houseplants.
